My name is Ashley and my dream behind RIOT NAILZ was to incorporate everything I love about Non-Tox and organic skincare and blend it into a carefully curated space that is a small piece of my me. Many of us suffer from chronic health problems, myself included, which is why RIOT NAILZ is my safe haven, and I hope it will be for you to. I have carefully selected brands and products that are sustainably sourced, organic, plant based (except for our beef tallow), sustainably farmed or sourced, and kind to those with sensitivities. I offer a range of products that are low-tox to non-toxic, vegan, and safe for all. My gels are Hema free and TPO free, and my non-tox polish is also QUICK DRY (perfect for on-the-go services) Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions regarding products, services, and what would be best for you! ( my contact form will allow you to send your requests or questions) I offer a range of services: BIAB Manicures ( Builder gel), non toxic manicures, Pedicures (with foot soak in a copper basin anti microbial hand crafted basin bowl ), and luxe service add-on options for those wanting an added luxurious service that is private and relaxing with organic luxury skincare - Great for those prone to dry, cracked skin as well use moisturize products that reduce inflammation and soothe sore muscles. I have even gone as far as to filtering my water so that hand washing and pedicures are provided with clean filtered water. I will admit I am a bit of a germaphobe - We deep clean all tools and equipment here. No germ shall be left unscathed! I’m currently offering discounts for new clients! Cancellation Policy
To cancel :
To avoid being charged for not showing up or canceling, call or text us to let us know you need to reschedule. There will be 1 free reschedule given.
- without rescheduling within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment will be a 40% cancellation fee.
- Canceling 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and without rescheduling will be a 50% service fee for cancellation fee.
No call- no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be able to rebook until they pay fee from missed appointment. ( this is not to be rude , this protects my time and loyal customers who do show up on time ki or early).
* LATE : 5mins late forfeits your appointment: there’s just no extra time to wait longer and then I have to cut time and try to fit my

- If you call the day of your appointment. to Cancel your card will be charged $50 or 60% the service fee.
~ every service booked requires a deposit fee ( this is not in addition to your service fee) it is a part of it. ~ the deposit holds your appointment and if you can’t show up, then you only lost out on $25 or 50% of the services you didn’t get. ~
** I want loyal customers and my booking offers Klarna payment plans, which means you get to enjoy luxury services and pay later, in payments that work for you. I chose this in order to be more accessible.
** I know how to charge the cancelation fee even if you try to block the payments - don’t be sketchy. Infact sketchy is not welcomed. Don’t be that person, I don’t want to have to fire clients.
** clients can be fired for multiple no-shows, or cancelling your card /blocking charges ( the first time) at the discretion of the owner
If you have gotten to the end and are affraid, don’t be. We have weeded out the ones who are sketchy by this point.
RULES:
- No smoking (of anything ) I take pride in my cleanliness and non-tox atmosphere that provides an air purifier and even filtered water for hand washing / pedicures.
- No children under 11yrs old ( these are private Luxe services .. we both want to be relaxed and not babysitting)
- No hate / attitudes allowed (if you are rude to me you will not be welcomed back)
- I shouldn’t have to state this one: Violence or abusive ANYTHING will not be tolerated.
- please wash your hands and come 5-10mins EARLY to pick out your colors / or grab a drink! (At no cost)
- my space is a private studio office on the bottom floor with a handicap sidewalk that allows accessibility. But my bathroom is very small - I do not have diaper changers or anything of that nature WHICH is why I state above - No infants/children. I just don’t have the space.
