To cancel : To avoid being charged for not showing up or canceling, call or text us to let us know you need to reschedule. There will be 1 free reschedule given. Text/call works best in order to reach me. - without rescheduling within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment will be a 20% cancellation fee. Once you are in the window of 24-48hrs you will be promoted to contact Riot Nailz. ( please be aware that the owner is willing to reschedule and remove a charge for the first time. This is to prevent no-shows ). - Canceling 24 hours before your scheduled appointment and without rescheduling will be a 20% service fee for cancellation fee. No call- no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and will not be able to rebook until they pay fee from missed appointment. ( this is not to be rude , this protects my time and loyal customers who do show up on time ki or early) in order to keep this from happening give us a text/call. Email is not checked as often. * LATE Policy: 15 mins late forfeits your appointment - there’s just no extra time to wait longer and then I have to cut time and try to fit my Next person. It’s a no for me and it will cost you the service fee /you’ll have to pay that in order to rebook- Sorry. Please call if this if you will be late ! I don’t want to have to charge people or lose your spot and not be able to rebook. - If you reschedule within 1 week the fee will be waived *** - If you call the day of your appointment to Cancel, your card will be charged $50 or 60% the service fee. Unless rescheduled within 1 week. And you have to call and clarify with me, that way we are in the same page. ***every service booked requires a deposit fee ( this is not in addition to your service fee) it is a part of it. ~ the deposit holds your appointment and if you can’t show up, then you only lost out on $25 or 50% of the services you didn’t get. ~ or you reschedule and make sure we handle the deposit for the next appt date/total *** ** I want loyal customers and my booking offers Klarna payment plans, which means you get to enjoy luxury services and pay later, in payments that work for you. I chose this in order to be more accessible. ** clients can be fired for multiple no-shows, or cancelling your card /blocking charges ( the first time) at the discretion of the owner If you have gotten to the end and are affraid, don’t be! RULES: - No smoking (of anything ) I take pride in my cleanliness and non-tox atmosphere that provides an air purifier and even filtered water for hand washing / pedicures. - No children under 11yrs old ( these are private Luxe services .. we both want to be relaxed and not babysitting) - No hate / attitudes allowed (if you are rude to me you will not be welcomed back) - I shouldn’t have to state this one: Violence or abusive ANYTHING will not be tolerated. - please wash your hands and come 5-10mins EARLY to pick out your colors / or grab a drink! (At no cost) - my space is a private studio office on the bottom floor with a handicap sidewalk that allows accessibility. But my bathroom is very small - I do not have diaper changers or anything of that nature WHICH is why I state above - No infants/children. I just don’t have the space and have breakable items. - we offer coffee, drinks* and snacks complimentary with your services - We go above and beyond to make our space clean, and be a healthy environment for our guests.
